EXMAR takes delivery of vessel equipped with dual-fuel ammonia engine
On 10 June, EXMAR announced the delivery of MGC ANTWERPEN, an oceangoing vessel powered by a dual-fuel ammonia engine.
This midsize gas carrier can transport up to 46,000 m³ of ammonia or LPG and is designed to operate with near-zero emissions when running on low-carbon ammonia, cutting greenhouse gas emissions by up to 90% compared to conventional ships.
