Hong Kong conducts its first green methanol bunkering
Hong Kong conducted its first ship-to-ship bunkering of green methanol on 5 March.
The Da Qing 268, a dual-fuel methanol-powered bunkering vessel managed by Wah Kwong Ship Management, carried out the operation, transferring 500 tonnes of green methanol to CM Hong Kong, the world’s first methanol dual-fuel Ro-Ro vessel.
The green methanol was produced by CIMC
