DNV: Overall hydrogen volumes will grow by 170%
According to DNV’s Energy Transition Outlook Hydrogen to 2060, clean hydrogen production is expected to increase roughly 100-fold from today’s levels by 2060.
According to DNV, total hydrogen volumes are projected to grow by 170%, supported by cumulative global investments of about USD 3.2 trillion. China is expected to dominate this expansion, accounting for 35% of new hydrogen production and consumption during the forecast period.
